  • PETS – Not Allowed
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT – Generally one months rent paid in advance
  • SUBLETTING – allowed with landlords written consent
  • COMMON TENANTS NOT LEGALLY RECOGNIZED AS PARTNERS
    • All tenants will be party to and signors on the lease
    • One tenant may be required to be primary on the lease and responsible for the full lease payment with that person being responsible for collecting from fellow tenants their rent share, if fellow tenants are not legally recognized as partners
